The scheduled meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was convened on last Saturday, July 12th, 2024 at 7:30 PM. The meeting was led by Mr. Smith, and included the presence of|was comprised of a good number of homeowners.
A summary of the meeting included:
* Discussing the recent community project, the park renovation.
* Addressing homeowner concerns regarding noise.
* Discussion of the proposed budget for this fiscal year.
The meeting was closed promptly 8:30 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for November 1st, 2023.
